Remodeling of an educational facility in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Modernize the nurse's suite at the Administration building at Viking Elementary School. The scope consists of, but is not limited to, relocation of non-bearing interior walls, reconfiguration of interior cabinetry, as well as updates and work involving mechanical, lighting, fire alarm, doors, interior finishes, and installation of a new water heater. Question Deadline 12/08/2025 at 5:00 PM PT If any bidder isin doubt asto the true meaning of any part of the Contract Documents, or finds discrepancies in, or omissions from the drawings and specifications, a written request for an interpretation or correction thereof may be submitted to the DISTRICT Prime Contractor must have a valid Class "B" Contractor's License. The District's goal for participation by Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE) is three percent (3%) of the contract dollar amount. The time allowed for project completion is 90 calendar days. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference followed by a job-walk of the site is required for contractors bidding as Prime Contractor. Sealed bids and the DVBE Declaration must be submitted prior to the stated deadline through the DISTRICT's online bidding portal. Bids must be accompanied by certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of total bids. Bid documents are available at no cost from the district's bidding portal. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or combinations thereof, and to waive any irregularities or informalities legally waivable.
