Bids are to be received electronically in accordance with plans or specifications, delivered F.O.B. destination, freight prepaid and allowed, to the specified address. The contract term is one year, with provisions for four one-year extensions. Bid proposals must be filed electronically using Planet Bids. A bid deposit of one thousand dollars is required and may be submitted in various acceptable forms. No person shall be excluded from participation or discriminated against in connection with the award and performance of any contract based on any basis prohibited by law. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
