Renovation of a multi-residential development in Ogdensburg, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade multi-residential development.
Sealed bids are invited for the Ogdensburg Housing Roof Exhaust Replacement at Riverview Tower. Bids will be received at the City of Ogdensburg Housing Authority. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. A pre-bid walk through is scheduled at the site. Bidding and Contract Documents may be examined and obtained from specified locations. Certified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) and Section 3-eligible contracting firms are encouraged to consider this project. Bidders are reminded that the Ogdensburg Housing Authority is tax-exempt, and bids should exclude sales and compensating use tax on materials. Prospective bidders may request clarifications of the bidding documents in writing to the Architect no later than three days prior to the bid due date.
