Construction Services For The Alder Creek Water Treatment Plant Upgrades The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the demolition of existing filtration equipment, retrofit of existing water treatment infrastructure, upgrades to the existing backwash pond, installation of owner-purchased low pressure membrane filtration system containers with supporting equipment and canopy structure, installation of raw water pump station upgrades, chemical storage and feed system, finished water pump station with buried clearwell, site grading, erosion control, civil sitework and yard piping, stormwater improvements, electrical and instrumentation improvements, and the installation of owner-purchased generator and switchboard. Bid proposal packets shall be submitted electronically and must include one original copy in PDF format not exceeding 15 MB via email with the specified subject line. Bidders must be qualified by the State of Oregon Construction Contractors Board, hold all other necessary licenses, and be qualified in accordance with the applicable portions of ORS 279C. The City reserves the right to cancel the request, reject any and all proposals, seek clarifications, and/or waive any minor formalities of the solicitation as determined in the City's sole discretion. Expenses associated with responding are solely the proposer's responsibility.
