White River Valley School Corporation is requesting quotes for snow removal services at all 3 campuses for the 2025-2026 school year. Scope of work at each campus. All buildings will take care of their own sidewalks. We will need de-icing of main parking areas at all 3 locations.High School: The scope of work at the high school is broken down into a few parts.Every time we have a need for snow removal, we will want to include the parking areas on the west, front, South and North. The North lot is defined by the area behind the gym and all of the way to the pole barn we are using for our Agriculture classroom. This would also include a lane to the north lot and to the school buses in the East lot including a lane to allow us to fuel buses.The entire East lot will not always need to have snow removed based on the athletic schedule and when we expect to have games scheduled in the HS gym.Elementary School: This is defined as all parking areas on campus, drives from Main Street and Lessie Street, and the playground, being optional, based on the timing of the snow. Snow on the playground and parking lots needs to be plowed to the outer edges, not blocking any door access.We will need in the bus barn and any exterior door on the main building. These areas need to be accessible.Middle School: The Middle school has an oval around the front of the building that will need to be cleaned off for bus traffic as well as the parking lot to the East of the building. Teachers park behind the school in a gravel lot with buses parking in both metal and concrete block buildings.Each will need snow removed for entry and exit of the buildings.
