2025 Public Utilities Fiber Optic Installation Bid security furnished in bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. A completed Non-Collusion Affidavit and Affidavit of Non-Delinquency of Personal Property Taxes are also required. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity, and a complete listing of all subcontractors to be used. Question Deadline 11/26/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Prospective bidders may address inquiries to Jason Hunold, Public Utilities Director, through online. The City of Fairfield reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to correct or waive irregularities in bids should it be deemed in the best interest of the City to do so. Each bid must be accompanied by the following completed documents: oBid Bond (Certified Check or Cashier's Check for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid submitted or a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. A Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required as part of the contract).
