General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required - Safety Standards Plan Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % A certified check or bid bond for a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal will be required with each bid. The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any parts of any and all bids, to waive irregularities and to award in the best interests of the City of Midland.
