The project consists of upgrades, relocations and replacement of various buildings HVAC and electrical systems and components associated with the existing 8,600-Ton Central Chiller Plant serving the PA State Capitol Complex. To support the electrical equipment replacement and reconfiguration an underground electrical vault will be constructed and connected to the existing chiller plant, via an underground tunnel.
