Site work for a water / sewer project in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The scope of work generally consists of removing and replacing 36 inch RCP sanitary sewer pipe and manholes located at Ellis Road NW between Bird Ln and Rawson Ln. Bids shall be on a Unit Price basis. The project will utilize the latest editions of the Iowa Statewide Urban Design and Specifications (SUDAS) and City of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, General Supplemental Specifications to SUDAS. Items included in the project are exempt from State of Iowa and Local Option Sales and Use Taxes, and the contractor is responsible for obtaining the exemption.
