General Requirements - Contractors License Required - Installation Required - Insurance Required - Warranty Information Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Each Proposal must be accompanied by a Proposal Guaranty consisting of a properly Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond, in the amount of five (5) percent of contractor's bid proposal, without conditions, payable to the Town of Milliken. Proposal Guaranties consisting of bid bonds will be retained by the Town of Milliken. The Proposal Guaranties consisting of Certified Checks and Cashier's Checks, accompanying the three lowest Proposals may be held until the contract is awarded, provided the time from bid opening to contract award does not exceed thirty days. The Certified Checks and Cashier's Checks accompanying the other Proposals will be returned promptly after the opening and verification of the Proposals. The Town of Milliken reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals.
