The project involves the design, bidding, and construction of the new Ric Edelman College on the main campus in Glassboro, New Jersey. Bidders are required to submit their proposals electronically via the Rowan University Bid Submission Portal. All required bid documents are listed on the Contracting & Procurement website. Compliance with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 is required. Rowan University is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
