Site work for a water / sewer project in Bellevue, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Question Deadline 12/12/2025 Any omissions, discrepancies or need for interpretation should be brought in writing to the attention ofthe Engineer not later than 4 days prior to bid opening. Work contemplated includes constructing approximately 8,160 linear feet of ductile iron water mains and appurtenances, installing two PRV vaults and appurtenances, installing new fire hydrant assemblies, installing replacement water services, relocating existing utilities as required, abandoning asbestos cement pipe, restoring surface conditions including asphalt trench patching, concrete curbs, gutters, and sidewalks, performing traffic control, and other work as required to complete the project. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond equal to at least 5% of the bid amount in the form of cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond. The successful bidder must comply with the City of Bellevue equal opportunity requirements and all posted supplemental responsible bidder criteria. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding process. No bidder may withdraw their bid for ninety days after the bid opening.
