The City of Bellevue, Washington is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to perform Heavy Civil GC/CM services for the Grand Connection: I-405 Crossing project (the Project). This transformative infrastructure project will build a crossing over I-405 for non-motorized users, linking downtown Bellevue to the Wilburton neighborhood and the Eastrail regional trail. It will start at the City Hall Plaza crossing over I-405 and local streets at 112th Avenue NE and 116th Avenue NE The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, waive immaterial and minor deficiencies and irregularities, and revise and modify the RFP documents. This RFP does not obligate the City to pay any costs incurred in responding to any part of this procurement. Furthermore, this RFP does not obligate the City to accept or contract for any expressed or implied services.
