As of January 12, 2026, the project was awarded to Adleta Construction, with an awarded amount of $2,524,134.96. Furnishing of all necessary permits, labor, material, and services required for the construction of concrete curb, sidewalk, drive apron, catch basins, and cape sealing of city streets. The work is further described in the contract documents. Instructions to bidders include submitting electronic bids through Bid Express, electronically endorsing the bid, and accompanying the bid with a Bid Guaranty as either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid or a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, reject any or all bids, and investigate to determine the lowest and best responsible bidder(s).
