This project entails replacing up to three (3) cinder block outhouses with precast concrete outhouses. The total number replaced (removed and constructed) will be based on cost and budget availability. This project entails the removal of up to three (3) existing restroom facilities (cinder block outhouses), the construction of up to three (3) new double pre-cast concrete vault restrooms, and the associated task of on-site delivery, excavation, offloading, and placement at Wheatland Reservoir #3 PAA. The contract scope may include up to three (3) vault restrooms, depending on pricing and available funding. Question Deadline 01/08/2026 at 1:00 PM MT Bidding questions shall be submitted online. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the website or in the form of a written addendum posted on by 3:00 p.m. MT on January 8, 2026. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 1:00 p.m. January 15, 2026. A COPY OF THE 10% CASHIER CHECK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you are using Surety 2000, you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document. There is not an engineer's estimate for the project. There are no plans for this project.
