Bids are invited for Multiple-Prime Contracts for the Batavia School District 2023 Capital Improvement Project Phase 3 at John Kennedy Intermediate School, The Middle School, and the Senior High School. The contracts include Site Work, General Trades, Mechanical (HVAC) Work, Electrical Work, and Plumbing Work, each as a Single Prime Contract. Bidders must follow conditions of employment, pay prevailing wage rates, and meet strict bonding and insurance requirements. Submission requires financial statements, bank references, legal proceedings history, a statement of surety's intent for Performance and Payment Bonds, and a description of similar completed projects.
