Site work and new construction of a residential development in Lompoc, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

Subject to successful negotiation of a contract, the selected development team will provide comprehensive and turnkey design, build, and operation services regarding the Project, including development and planning, design, financing, permitting, construction, and management of rental units to be developed, as further described in the RFP. The Governing Board ("Board") of the Lompoc Unified School District ("District") is requesting proposals from competent and qualified development teams for the District's Workforce Housing for District Employees Project. The Request for Proposals for the Development and Operation of Workforce Housing for District Employees ("RFP") can be accessed at the following link Online. . Subject to successful negotiation of a contract for these services, the selected development team will provide comprehensive and turnkey design, build, and operation services regarding the Project, including development and planning, design, financing, permitting, construction, and management of rental units to be developed, as further described in the RFP.
