Self-Provisioned Fiber Maintenance - FY2026 USF Bid Lake Shore Public Schools will accept sealed responses for Self-Provisioned Fiber Maintenance projects. Bids must comply with the Invitation to Bid, Bidder Instructions, General Conditions, Universal Service Fund Conditions, Scope of Work, Timeline Requirements, Awarded Contract Requirements, and Products and Services Specifications. Bidders must complete and submit an Intent to Bid Form and any addendum questions by the specified deadline. No walkthrough is associated with this RFP. All bid responses must be submitted in duplicate in a sealed opaque envelope labeled as specified, along with an electronic copy uploaded to the bidder portal before the deadline. No oral, telephonic, telegraphic, e-mail, or facsimile Bids will be considered. Late bids will not be considered, and the bidder is responsible for timely delivery. If the district is closed on the bid opening date, bids will be opened from the portal for those submitted on time, with the paper copy due within three days. There is no bid bond required. All questions must be directed via email, and resulting Q&As will be posted online.
