Project Scope: Pre-purchase of drinking fountain and bottle fill units/equipment. Instructions to Bidders: Bidders must submit single prime sealed bids electronically via the Building Connected online platform. Bid documents are available for free download from Building Connected. Bids must include a sworn and notarized familial relationship(s) statement and a sworn and notarized Iran Economic Sanctions Act - Affidavit of Compliance. For bids exceeding $50,000, the successful bidder must provide a 100% Labor and Material Payment Bond and a Performance Bond. All submissions must comply with the published specifications, drawings, and other contract documents, and the bid price should include all project costs. Prevailing wage applies. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to evaluate bids on any basis in its best interest, including considering alternate bids if the low bidder does not meet specifications or is deemed unqualified.
