Site work for an educational facility in Saint Clair Shores, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Sealed Bids are requested for Bid Package #5, which consists of site upgrades to South Lake High School – South Lot. There are separate bid divisions for Sitework / Asphalt Paving / Exterior Concrete and for Electrical. All bids must be submitted electronically through Building Connected. Bids must include sworn and notarized statements for Familial Disclosure Affidavit, Iran Linked Business Affidavit, and Criminal Background Check Affidavit. Bid security of 5% is required in the form of a Bid bond, cashier check, or certified check. If awarded, the successful Bidder may be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract price. The School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, waive informalities and irregularities, or award the Contract at its sole discretion.
