Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Saint Clair Shores, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The work consists of the Wheat Building Renovation Furniture Package for Lakeview Public Schools. Sealed bids are solicited for providing, delivering, and if specified, installing furniture as described in the bidding documents. All bids must include two copies (one original, one copy) of the Bid/Quote Form, the Familial Disclosure Affidavit, the Iran Linked business Affidavit, and the Criminal background check Affidavit. Proposed furniture selection cut sheets are required with the bids. The successful bidder will be required to execute the contract, provide necessary insurance certificates, and file bonds, if required, within ten days after the notice of award but prior to the commencement of work. Performance and payment bonds for the full contract amount may be required but should not be included in the bid cost. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities or irregularities, and accept a bid other than the lowest bid.
