Site work for a water / sewer project in Hudson, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The proposed work consists of the installation of 1,500 feet of new 12" DR 14 watermain with services, and appurtenances along Hudson Drive from Hudson Gate Drive to the City's new Public Works Facility, with an alternate bid of DI Class 52 waterline in the City of Hudson, Ohio, in accordance with the specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer. Question Deadline 12/30/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing through Online. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Bids are to be submitted through the Bid Express website. All bid forms, contract documents, and plans are available through the Bid Express website. A fee is required to bid electronically, either on a per-solicitation basis or through a monthly subscription. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid, or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the City of Hudson. In the event of disruption to the Bid Express service, instructions for delayed submission will be communicated. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any nonconformities not involving price, time, or changes in the work.
