The City of Pasadena is seeking the services of five (5) qualified firms to provide on-call Engineering Services for a wide variety of Water Quality Improvement Projects and Regulatory Compliance Support Services that range in project cost. Such services include, but are not limited to: civil engineering and compliance support services, including feasibility studies, preliminary design reports, construction plans and specifications, cost estimation, project management, construction management and special inspections, surveying and mapping, environmental permitting and assessments, geotechnical engineering, structural engineering, transportation engineering, water resources engineering, quality assurance/quality control, public outreach and engagement, grant support, and water quality and compliance support. Proposers must have at least five (5) years of experience providing similar services for a variety of projects characteristic of on-call contracts, and must oversee the work, stamp, and sign all project-related engineering documents as required for city-owned facilities and infrastructure projects. Proposers are encouraged to focus on their areas of strength and are not required to team with a large number of sub-consultants to cover all potential types of projects.
