Renovation of an educational facility in Calumet City, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Sealed proposals are requested for roofing replacement at TF North High School for Thornton Fractional High School District #215 in Calumet City, Illinois. All bidders must be pre-qualified; those not pre-qualified must complete the Contractor's Qualification Statement before obtaining plans and specifications. Each bid requires a bid bond or certified check for at least 10% of the total bid amount as a guarantee of contract execution and provision of satisfactory performance and payment bonds. The successful bidder must provide a 100% Performance Bond and a Labor/Material Bond from an owner-approved surety. Labor must be compensated at not less than the prevailing wage. The successful bidder must comply with all State of Illinois and federal laws regarding public work projects and the Illinois Human Rights Act. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive irregularities or technicalities, and award the bid in a manner best serving the owner's interests. 12/01/2025 7902225.
