The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) requires construction services for B6 Dock Leveling. Contractors must have an active registration in SAM.GOV to participate. Interested parties should request access to the drawings, specifications, and photos in the attachments section of the solicitation. Requests for controlled attachments require special handling and a data entry or administrator role within the Contract Opportunities domain for an entity in SAM.gov. Access to the documents is granted after review by the contracting officer. Entities are responsible for managing the documents according to prescribed directives.
