CONTRACT NO.: CICC 7360 PLAN PROJECT: TP-0000033287 3001904 Work under this contract includes furnishing all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and performing all operations required to furnish, install, test, commission, and integrate Network Video Recorders into an existing CCTV system that meets the specifications defined in section 7 of the Technical Specifications document. CCTV cameras are to be furnished and installed at the Dadeland South and Palmetto stations as defined in the Technical Specifications document. The contractor is also required to furnish, install, test, commission, and integrate CCTV cameras and implement video analytics for object detection and alarming, using analytics embedded in Avigilon Cameras and software analytics included with Avigilon's software systems and the Network Video Recorders supplied by the contractor. The contractor shall furnish, install, test, commission, and integrate two workstations in the Security office at the Stephen P. Clark Center. The CCTV system provided must support analytic functions of the existing Avigilon CCTV cameras. Warranties for all furnished equipment and software are required as defined in the Technical Specifications document. Object detection alarm transmissions must be implemented for unauthorized areas as defined by DTPW upon commissioning. The contractor must remove and decommission legacy NVRs after commissioning, and all legacy NVRs must be returned to the project engineer. This project is subject to federal requirements including Civil Rights Act, Buy America, Davis Bacon Wage, and other requirements under Appendix C of the Supplementary Conditions. The work location is at Metrorail and Metromover Stations. Bidders must demonstrate at least 5 years of experience with CCTV systems installations in a transit environment, including cabling, fiber optics, and testing and commissioning for revenue service. Contractors must provide detailed descriptions of at least three similar projects completed in the past five years for verification of experience.
