Site work for a water / sewer project in Napa, California. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The work includes asphalt crack sealing, installation of modified Type II slurry seal on approximately 31,500 square yards of paved areas, removal of thermoplastic pavement markings, and application of traffic striping and pavement markings on circulatory roads and paved areas at the Soscol Water Recycling Facility. Bids must include all labor, materials, equipment, and services required for this construction work. A certified check or bidder's bond in an amount not less than 10% of the bid must accompany each bid. The contractor must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations and hold a valid Class A License. The successful bidder will be required to provide bonds and insurance as specified and comply with all prevailing wage laws. A mandatory site visit is required. All work must be performed as shown on the plans and specifications provided and approved by the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in a bid. No bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of ninety calendar days after the date set for opening bids.
