Renovation of an educational facility in Valparaiso, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
The work includes the removal of existing light fixtures per Fixture Scope, installation of new LiteTronic LED fixtures per Fixture Scope and Specification, and commissioning of lights and dimmers. Bids must include a completed Bid Form, Non-Collusion Affidavit, E-Verify Affidavit, Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, Contractor's Qualification Statement (AIA A305), Wage Scale Compliance Form, and Addenda Acknowledgment. All work will be bid as an Indiana Public Works Project in accordance with state code. Late bids will be rejected. The owner reserves the right to extend or postpone the due date or bid opening without further advertisement. The project includes, but is not limited to: Removal of existing light fixtures per Fixture Scope. Installation of new LiteTronic LED fixtures per Fixture Scope. o Commissioning of Lights & Dimmers This project will be bid as an Indiana Public Works Project in accordance with IC 36-1-12.
