Renovation of a multi-residential development in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade multi-residential development.
As of 12/17/25 Owner confirmed no bids received. The timeline for the rebid date of this project is mid January 2026. The County is seeking General Contractors with a current Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) License and insurance to rehabilitate a home to repair the roof and roofing components to meet code. Required general contractor services for this project may include, but are not limited to: exterior repairs including full roof replacement, soffit and fascia repairs, and progress inspections with photo documentation at required intervals. The general contractor must procure and maintain any necessary subcontractors for areas of work outside their qualifications, such as HVAC or other licensed trades. Contractors will sign contracts with the homeowner(s), while the County manages the project and provides payment to contractors in stages upon satisfactory progress inspections (25%, 50%, 75%, and final payment). Contractors must be able to work effectively with Program Staff, homeowners, and inspectors. Contractors can obtain application materials, work write-ups, photos, and bid documents from the Program Manager at the specified county office location. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Greene County Controller's Office by the specified deadline. Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
