All work items of this contract shall be completed within 100 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed or shall be completed by August 14, 2026, whichever comes first. Sets of plans and specifications for the work under this contract shall only be obtained from the Director of the Office of Management & Budget, Division of Purchase upon deposit. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price. Required submissions include New York State Uniform Contracting Questionnaire (CCA-2), Non-Collusion Forms, Lobbying Activities Form, DBE Participation Package, and Bidder's List. The contractor must be registered with NYSDOL prior to letting and use Equitable Business Opportunity (EBO) software. There are no residential or geographical restrictions or warranties. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any and all bids. Bids cannot be withdrawn within 45 days of letting. A pre-bid conference is scheduled and attendance is recommended but optional. All questions and requests for interpretation must be in writing and received at least five days before the bid opening.
