Site work for a mixed-use development in Mexico Beach, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway.
The City of Port St. Joe requests qualifications proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide project engineering services for a Florida Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Commercial Revitalization (CDBG-CR) project. The scope includes providing engineering services for streetscape improvements to Martin Luther King Boulevard in North Port St. Joe, specifically between Avenue A and Avenue D. The improvements will include moving existing utilities underground, replacing approximately 1,750 linear feet of sidewalks and installing crosswalks, repaving approximately 875 linear feet of street and creating on-street parking, and installing updated landscaping and irrigation. Engineering services will encompass complete design services, project bidding, obtaining necessary permits, coordination with utility companies and the grant administrator, and construction engineering inspection services. Respondents must submit one original and three copies in a sealed envelope marked as specified. Qualifications proposals shall not include a fee. Proposals are to be received by the stated deadline at the designated address. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and award in the best interest of the City. Contracts may be subject to grant award and release of funds by the funding agency.
