Snow and ice removal services are required to maintain safe and accessible conditions at the designated site. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation necessary to perform snow plowing, snow removal, ice control, and related services. Work includes clearing parking lots, roadways, sidewalks, and other specified areas, applying de-icing agents as needed, and ensuring surfaces remain safe for pedestrian and vehicular traffic during winter weather events. Services must be performed promptly following snowfall or ice accumulation, with continuous monitoring and response throughout the season to prevent hazardous conditions.
