Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Grants Pass, Oregon. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade stadium; one-story above grade educational facility; for the construction of a stadium; for site work for a stadium; for paving for a stadium; educational facility; educational facility; and educational facility.
The work contemplated consists of the following: demolition of existing pavement, existing bleachers, mass grading for construction of new parking area, asphalt pavement, sidewalks, site retain wall, building pads, premanufactured metal canopy, pressbox, and aluminum bleachers. Bids shall be addressed and delivered to the designated contact. No bids will be received after the specified time at which point bids will be publicly opened. Bid documents (plans, specifications, etc.) will be available for inspection starting on the announced date. The project will be a public improvement project subject to prevailing wage rate requirements. The owner reserves the right to postpone the award of the contract for sixty (60) days and may reject any bid not in compliance with all public bidding procedures and requirements or for good cause upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
