Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Douglas, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work includes the rehabilitation of existing buildings, rehabilitation of playground swing sets, new streetside parking, new Tee Ball field, new basketball courts, new playground equipment, new sidewalk and existing sidewalk repairs, grading, drainage, and erosion control. The meeting will be held at the City of Douglas, City Hall located at 302 South Madison Avenue, Douglas, Georgia 31533. Proposals received after the designated time will not be considered. The City of Douglas may select a successful low bidder after evaluation of all bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive informalities, and to accept any Bid which in its opinion may be in the best interest of the Owner. The Owner has the right to add or to delete from the Contract once it has been awarded. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening of the bids.
