Scope Package No. 01-1 - Concrete & Exposed Piping Work: Generally, includes construction of cast-in-place concrete structures (footings, walls, slab-on-grade, elevated decks, etc.) and supply and installation of exposed process piping systems Scope Package No. 03-1 - Precast Concrete Supply: Generally, includes supply of precast concrete wall panels. Scope Package No. 05-1 - Structural Steel Supply: Generally, includes supply of structural steel such as columns, beams, joist, and decking. Scope Package No. 05-2 - Precast Concrete & Structural Steel Work: Generally, includes installation of precast concrete supplied by 03-1 and structural steel supplied by 05-1. Scope Package No. 07-1 - Membrane Roofing Work: Generally, includes supply and installation of membrane roofing systems Scope Package No. 08-1 - Aluminum Framed Openings and Glazing Work: Generally, includes supply and installation of aluminum curtain walls, aluminum framed storefronts, and glazing Scope Package No. 08-2 - Translucent Panel Assemblies Work: Generally, includes supply and installation of translucent panel assemblies Scope Package No. 09-1 - Painting and High-Performance Coatings Work: Generally, includes supply and installation of interior and exterior paints, stains, and high-performance coatings. Scope Package No. 11-1 - Aerator, Filters, Softeners, & Blower Supply: Generally, includes supply of induced draft aerator, pressure filters, air wash blowers, ion exchange water softeners, and brine pumps Scope Package No. 11-2 - Low and High Service Pumps Supply: Generally, includes supply of low service vertical turbine pumps and high service horizontal split case pumps. Scope Package No. 11-3 - Brine Storage Supply: Generally, includes supply of fiberglass reinforced plastic brine storage tanks and accessories. Scope Package No. 22-1 - Plumbing & HVAC Work: Generally, includes supply and installation of plumbing and HVAC systems such as domestic water, sanitary sewer, roof drainage, heating, cooling, ventilation, and dehumidification. o Scope Package No. 26-1 - Electrical & SCADA Controls Work: Generally, includes supply and installation of electrical systems, backup power generation, and SCADA systems. o Scope Package No. 32-1 - PCC Paving Work: Generally, includes supply and installation of concrete site paving and sidewalks. o Scope Package No. 33-1 - Well #6 Drilling and Test Pumping Work: Generally, includes the drilling and development a Jordan Aquifer well that will be approximately 2,530 foot deep. o Scope Package No. 33-2 - Well #5 and #6 Pitless Units & Wel Pumps Work: Generally, includes supply and installation of pitless units and well pumps at both Wells #5 and #6. o Scope Package No. 33-3 - Ground Storage Reservoir Work: Generally, includes construction of a 1,500,000-gallon wire-wound prestressed concrete ground storage reservoir, including installation of a ground improvement system Earthwork starting March 2026; earth fill settlement period May 2026 through July 2026; concrete foundations starting after settlement period; building enclosure by May 2027; potable water to the distribution system December 2027.
