The total site area measures approximately 160 feet by 140 feet. Work includes site preparation, placement of concrete pads, placement of asphalt paving, and all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with this bid document. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the paving work as outlined below. Grade will slope from back to front. 5.1 Site Dimensions o Total yard area: 160 ft x 140 ft 5.2 Concrete Paving Concrete paving shall be: o Thickness: 6 inches o Strength: 3,000 PSI minimum o Reinforcement: Fiber-reinforced concrete Concrete pad areas include: 1. Pad Area #1: o Dimensions: 60 ft x 160 ft o Location: From the left fence to the back fence 2. Pad Area #2: o Dimensions: 60 ft x 80 ft o Location: From the back fence to the right fence 5.3 Asphalt Paving o Thickness: 6 inches o Area: 80 ft x 100 ft o Location: From the front fence to the right fence Asphalt work shall include proper base preparation, placement, compaction, and finishing suitable for yard and equipment use.
