Description

Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Bothell, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.

The Northshore Parks and Recreation Service Area (NPRSA) seeks qualified architectural and design firms to provide professional services for repairs and/or renovations to the Northshore Senior Center facilities located at 10201 & 10212 E Riverside Drive in Bothell, WA. The selected firm will review existing facilities, identify needed repairs, prepare design documents, advise on constructability, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and support throughout the renovation process. Bidders must attend a mandatory meeting and submit Letters of Interest (LOI) and Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) in accordance with the RFQ instructions. Submissions must be delivered by the specified deadline. The NPRSA reserves the right to amend the solicitation, reject any or all submissions, and waive informalities. Firms are responsible for reviewing any issued addenda.
