Work includes installing a complete raw water intake system and associated structures under a two-step sealed bidding process that requires an initial technical proposal without pricing, followed by a sealed bid submission from firms deemed technically acceptable. Contractors must be registered and active in SAM under NAICS 237990 and comply fully with all technical requirements before bid submission. The magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000, and a planned site visit is available to support accurate preparation.
