Separate sealed bids are requested for the construction of Part 3 - Van Zyverden Road Improvements - installation of 12" water main. Bid documents may be examined at specified locations and are available electronically or in original paper copy if requested, with plan holders required to register with a valid email address. Electronic bids must be submitted through the designated website, and bid documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website. Minority and women's business enterprises are solicited to bid as prime contractors and are encouraged to seek potential subcontracting opportunities and equipment, material, and/or supply needs. Any contract awarded from these bids is expected to be funded in whole or in part by anticipated ARPA Rural Water Associations Infrastructure Grant funds, and is subject to all applicable Mississippi Code sections and RWAIG Program Regulations. Uniform Guidance provisions are required in all contracts, including subparts on definitions, general provisions, pre-federal award requirements, post-award requirements, cost principles, audit requirements, and specific CFR parts. A pre-bid conference will not be held. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
