This includes management, supervision, labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, plant, services, engineering, testing, and any other actions required to diligently and fully perform and complete the work. o Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials. o Install required utility connections per provided plans and perform site preparation for the CITY procured prefabricated restroom. o Excavation of Asphalt parking lot to install utility services and install pad. o Design and installation of new 6" electrical conduit schedule 80 o Design and Installation of new 4" schedule 40 clean out o Design and Installation of new 2" schedule 40 waste pipe and vent pipes o Design and Installation of new 3" schedule 40 waste pipe and vent pipes o Design and Installation of tracer tape o Design and Installation of 280 SF of concrete flat work o Design and Installation of 1-1/2" Type "K" Soft Copper Water Service o Design and Installation of 3/4" of Crushed rock for sub-base at a minimum of 6" thick and compacted to a minimum of 95% per plans. The work to be done consists, in general, of the removal and replacement of a structurally deteriorated, 12" corrugated metal pipe (CMP) storm drain line located in a five-foot easement at 2341 Dolores Ct. The existing CMP storm drain line is to be replaced with a 12" HDPE pipe from the catch basin inlet to the property's back fence line. Backfill with Class 2 AB and all other work specified in the contract documents and as shown on the plans.
