Site work and new construction of a military facility in Bedford, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the construction of a three-story above grade military facility.
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary for new energy efficient construction of eight 6-plex apartment buildings including associated infrastructure renewal replacement (utilities, roads, parking, drainage, landscaping) in Windsor Park and Shearwater. Construction will consist of 4 – 6 plex apartment buildings, 3 stories tall, at each site location for a total of 48 new Residential Housing Units (RHUs). The resulting Contract will include an Indigenous Benefits Plan (IBP) that aims to provide opportunities for businesses owned and lead by Indigenous People. Refer to the Tender documents for details.
