Question deadline is 02/06/2026 as per Addendum 2. Design-Build services are required to remove and replace the roof of the City's fuel retail and distribution facility, including adding additional purlins if necessary. The scope of work includes Construction Drawings and Specifications and Permitting; and Construction, Construction Administration & Project Closeout. Work must include performing mechanical and electrical inspections as required by the State of Alaska's Fire Marshal's Office; preparing and submitting 65%, 95%, and 100% (Issued for Construction) construction drawings and specifications; presenting these documents and inspections to the City and relevant State departments; incorporating regulatory agency comments needed for permitting; conducting regular progress meetings with the City; and providing a detailed final construction cost estimate and schedule. The City will be responsible for all regulatory agency review and permitting fees.
