The scope of work includes the furnishing and delivering of Sodium Hypochlorite Solution Bulk Gallon, 25% Caustic Soda Dry Ton, and Bioxide Bulk Gallon as specified in the technical specifications. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked "BID" on the exterior. Bidders must provide one original and one copy of the proposal documents using the forms furnished. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check payable to the Bayshore Regional Sewerage Authority in an amount equal to ten percent of the total bid, not exceeding $20,000. A Certificate of Surety from a licensed surety company must also be included, guaranteeing the provision of required bonds. Bidders are required to comply with all applicable Federal and State Statutes, Rules, and Regulations, including but not limited to equal employment opportunity, Americans with Disabilities Act, Statements of Ownership, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Disclosure of Investment Activities in Iran, Anti-Discrimination Provisions, Certification of Non-Involvement in Prohibited Activities in Russia or Belarus, and business registration provisions. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities or irregularities in the bids received. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder per bid item.
