Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Zaleski, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Furnish and install prefabricated pedestrian bridge with abutments and stairs. Prevailing Wage rates and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements are applicable to this Project. The EDGE Participation Goal for the Project is 5.0 percent. The contractor will be responsible for scheduling the project, coordinating subcontractors, and providing services as outlined in the contract documents. Bidders are encouraged to submit requests for product substitutions to the Architect/Engineer no later than IO days before bid opening. Compliance with prevailing wage rates and equal employment opportunity requirements is mandatory. Additionally, bidders must adhere to domestic steel use requirements as specified in Ohio Revised Code Section 153.011. Period of Performance The contract work is expected to be performed until January 15, 2026, at which time all bids will be opened electronically. The EDGE Participation Goal for the Project is 5.0 percent.
