Description

Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Shafer, Minnesota. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

nDOT requests letters of interest for services to provide outreach and construction communications for the Highway (Hwy) 243 Osceola Bridge replacement project, State Project (SP) 1311-06. This multi-year construction project will require extensive engagement with a community that will have their primary connector route between Minnesota and Wisconsin closed for at least two years. Prospective, pre-qualified responders who have any questions regarding this request for letters of interest must submit questions, by e-mail, to the Contract Administrator: Pam O'Brien Pam.obrien@state.mn.us Questions regarding this announcement must be received, via e-mail, by the Contact Administrator identified above no later than 2:00PM Central Time on 1/9/2026.
