The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District, is seeking qualified small business firms capable of providing preventative maintenance (PM) and demand maintenance (DM) services for Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) facilities at Fort Bragg and Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The scope includes comprehensive facility maintenance services such as operation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and cooling systems, kitchen equipment, facility control systems, playgrounds, and other building systems and components. Preventative maintenance for plumbing, electrical, and fire alarms is excluded. Services must be continuous to ensure safe and efficient operation for students and staff. The contract will cover twelve facilities at Fort Bragg (nine schools and three support facilities totaling approximately 1.04 million GSF) and allow for demand maintenance work at nine facilities at Camp Lejeune (seven schools and two support facilities totaling approximately 741,000 GSF). Work may include task orders for repairs and replacements under a firm-fixed-price IDIQ structure. Location: Fort Bragg and Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
