Renovation of a water / sewer project in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Scope of work involves selective demolition of the HVAC system including chilled water piping and providing new HVAC equipment which serves the laboratory, operations areas, and second floor offices and locker rooms. Includes selective demolition of electrical equipment and providing new electrical equipment for the new HVAC systems. Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a Bid bond (in the required form) or certified check for ten percent of the Bid total. It is a requirement of this Contract that Bidder shall have a minimum of (5) years' experience and at least (10) completed projects of similar nature to the Work required by this Project. The Lehigh County Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
