Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility.
Parkland School District will receive hard-copy sealed bids for the Cetronia Demolition project at 3599, 3601, and 3531 Broadway, Allentown, PA. Bid Proposals are for Bid Package #01 Demolition & Sitework. Sealed Bids must be made on standard Proposal Forms as designated in the Bidding Documents and must be accompanied by the required documents as listed in the checklist provided. Bid security in the amount of ten percent of the total bid, in the form of certified check, cashier's check, bond treasurer's check, or bid bond, is required and must be made payable to Parkland School District. All bids will remain irrevocable for ninety days after the bid opening. Bidders must comply with all State anti-kickback regulations and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond with satisfactory corporate surety are required from the successful bidder at the time stated in the specifications. The School District reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, or informalities in the bids received, reject any or all bids submitted, and accept any bid deemed in its best interest.
