As of March 13, 2026, no bid receive. The opportunity involves the acquisition and development of the 100 Block of N 7th Street in Downtown Allentown. The Allentown Parking Authority seeks a qualified firm or team to lead a mixed-use redevelopment project that enhances the livability and economic development of the downtown area, supporting its revitalization as a residential, business, and recreational destination. The project requires experience in the design, approval, financing, construction, and operation of institutional, commercial, and/or mixed-use urban real estate. Proposals must be submitted as 10 bound copies and one digital copy, sealed and clearly marked "APA/RFP 100 Block N 7th St," and delivered to the Allentown Parking Authority by the specified deadline. Questions about the proposal should be submitted in writing. The terms "proposer," "firm," and related pronouns refer to the individual or organization submitting the proposal. Questions regarding the proposal may be submitted in writing to ryoung@allentownparking.com by 4:00 p.m. on January 30, 2026. All responses to questions will be sent out as an addendum to the email address provided by prospective bidders by February 6, 2026.
