Floyd County Public Schools is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of a 95'x55'x18' eave surplus pre-engineered metal building. The structure includes complete professionally engineered and stamped design drawings for building and concrete footers/piers, engineering schematics, and construction details. Building features include a pre-engineered steel frame, Super Span X roof & wall panel system with Silvercote R-19 insulation for walls & ceiling, purlin, bracing, and connection details, and full engineering sheets. The building is suitable for commercial, agricultural, or storage applications and is currently designed for up to four walk-in doors and two 10x10 roll-up door openings, but doors are not included as part of the package. The colors are Ash Gray side panels and trim with Galvalume roof panels. The winning bidder is responsible for pickup and transport of the building at their own expense, and removal must occur within 30 days of bid award. Instructions: Sealed bids only. Late or unsealed bids will not be considered. FCPS reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids. Sealed bids accepted in person only.
